Youth Tonic

½ c. carrots
1/3 c. celery
1 large romaine lettuce leaf
½ handful of cut escarole leaves
15 parsley sprigs
2 fresh peppermint leaves
½ c. spinach leaves
¾ c. pineapple juice, chilled
¾ c. apple juice, chilled
1¼ c. ice cubes

Wash ingredients and process in a juicer. Serve over ice.
