How Can I Get Rid of Plantar Warts Naturally?

I have a severe problem with plantar warts on both feet. I have been to three dermatologists and one podiatrist. My warts have been frozen, burned with acid, flooded with creams, and even electrocuted, but nothing seems to work. If you have any suggestions that work, I'll be grateful to you every time I take a step.

Plantar warts, which grow on the bottom of the feet (the plantar surface or sole), can be extremely bothersome and painful. You may not believe the following remedy, but I've found it to be quite effective in removing plantar warts. I first learned about it from a doctor in Morgantown, WV, who claims to have successfully treated more than 150 patients using this method.

It's banana peels.

Using peels from bananas that have turned brown, place the inner side of the peel against the wart and tape it to your foot. Change the peel daily and trim away the dead portion of the wart weekly.

The time necessary for total removal of the plantar warts will vary depending on their size. In most cases, it will take a couple of weeks; however, extremely large warts may require a few months. Some patients who had unsuccessfully tried all of the ways you mentioned to remove plantar warts—in addition to radiation—had permanent relief with the banana peels.

Not only will the "peel patches" provide a nice cushion while walking, but you can use the ripened bananas to make some healthy banana nut bread.
