Poppy Seed Dip

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 T. nonfat milk
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. poppy seeds
½ tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Chill.

Makes 1 cup. This is good with fruit such as apples and pears.
