Fortunately, there are many safe and effective natural therapies that stop the destruction of bone as well as build and restore it, leading to stronger bones stronger that are less prone to fracture.

Exercise is one of the top ways to build bone and prevent osteoporosis. Bones grow and re-mineralize in response to the stress placed on them. Therefore, proper bone growth requires exercise—especially progressive resistance exercise or weight lifting.
