Mushroom Cheese Melt

2 slices whole wheat bread
2 slices of any type cheese (we prefer Colby or Monterey jack)
Sliced fresh mushrooms
2 T. (or more) alfalfa sprouts

Layer cheese, mushrooms, and sprouts on bread (closed- or open-faced according to preference). Place under broiler until cheese is melted or microwave for 1 minute on high.

Serves one.
