Lecithin Power Shake

1 c. skim or soy milk
¼–½ tsp. cinnamon
3 ice cubes
2–3 T. ground flaxseed
1–2 T. lecithin granules
2 level scoops vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
½ ripe banana or 1 c. fresh fruit (mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, peaches, etc.)

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve cold.
