2 large avocados
1 tomato, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
2 T. chopped fresh green chili peppers (or more)
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely mashed
½ c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Celtic sea salt (or to taste)
Mash the avocados by first removing the flesh and cutting the avocado in half lengthwise and removing the pit. Use a spoon to carefully scrape the flesh out of the skin. (If chopping fresh peppers, wear rubber gloves and be careful not to touch your face after handling the pepper.) Combine all ingredients.
