1 c. milk
1 tsp. skim milk powder
1 tsp. yeast flakes
1 tsp. honey
Add to the above any one of these flavorings:
½ c. strawberries
6–8 dates, depitted
½ c. blueberries
½ c. dark sun-dried raisins
½ c. bing cherries
½ c. prunes
Combine one of the flavorings to the first four listed items, blend until smooth. Serve cold. Serves one.
