Dilly Dip

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 T. nonfat milk
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. minced dill pickle
1 T. minced green onion

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Chill.

Makes 1 cup.
