To accept cookies if you are using a PC ...
AOL 4.0
- Go to
My AOL.
- Select
Preferences.
- Click
on WWW.
- Select
the Security tab.
- Click
on the Custom Level button.
- Scroll
down to the "Cookies" section.
- Select
"Enable".
- Click
OK.
AOL
5.0
- Go to
My AOL.
- Select
Preferences.
- Click
on WWW.
- Select
the Security tab.
- Click
on the Internet zone.
- Click
on the Custom button at the bottom of the window. The Security
Settings window will appear.
- Scroll
down to the "Cookies" section.
- Select
"Enable".
- Click
OK.

Internet Explorer 4.x
- Click
on View at the top of the browser (to the right of File
and Edit at the very top).
- Select
Internet Options from the pull-down menu that appears.
- A new
window will appear on your screen, entitled Internet Options.
Along the top of this window there are several buttons, including General,
Security, and Advanced.
- Click
on the Advanced button. You will probably have to scroll down
a bit in the box that appears, until you see the words Always Accept
Cookies. Click on the circle to the left of those words (there should
be a smaller circle within that circle after you click, to signify that
the option is checked).
- Click
on the OK button at the bottom of the window.
Internet
Explorer 5.x
- Click
on Tools in the menu bar.
- Under
Tools, select Internet Options.
- In Internet
Options, click on the Security tab.
- Select
the Internet icon web content zone.
- Click
on Custom Level at the bottom of the dialogue box.
- Scroll
down to Cookies and make sure both the Allow cookies and the
Allow per-session cookie buttons are set to Enable.
Internet
Explorer 6.x
- Click
on Tools in the menu bar.
- Under
Tools, select Internet Options.
- In Internet
Options, click on the Privacy tab.
- Under
Settings, move the slider to Medium for the Internet zone.
- Click
on the Advanced button to ensure that Override automatic cookie
handling is not checked. If you wish to override the default
setting, make sure that you select Always allow session cookies.
- Click
OK.

Netscape 4.x
- Click
on Edit in the menu bar.
- Under
Edit, select Preferences.
- Click
on the word Advanced (Not the "+" or "-").
- In the
Cookies section of the dialogue box, select Accept all cookies.
Netscape
6.x or higher
- Click
on Edit in the menu bar.
- Under
Edit, select Preferences.
- Double-click
on Privacy & Security.
- Click
on Cookies.
- In the
Cookies section of the dialogue box, select Accept all cookies.
Opera 6
- On the
browser menu, go to File and select Preferences.
- Then click
on Privacy in the left hand menu and select Enable cookies.
- Then click
OK and click Reload on the browser menu when you return to the webpage.

To accept cookies if you are using a Macintosh computer...
AOL 3.0
This version of AOL for the Macintosh does not accept cookies. You must
upgrade to AOL 4 in order to use areas of drsinatra.com that require cookies.
AOL 4.0
- Go to
My AOL.
- Select
Preferences.
- Click
on WWW.
- Select
the Advanced settings button.
- Click
the Receiving Files arrow so that the Cookies button appears
beneath it.
- Click
on the Cookies button. The Cookie Settings window will
appear to the right.
- Under
When receiving cookies, select never ask.
- Click
OK.

Internet Explorer 3.x and 4.x
- Click
on Edit in the menu bar.
- Under
Edit, select Preferences.
- Click
the Receiving Files arrow.

Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Click
on Edit in the menu bar.
- Under
Edit, select Preferences.
- Click
Advanced in the menu on the left-hand (white background) side
of the screen.
Under Cookies on the right-hand part of the screen (gray background),
click Accept all cookies.
- Click
OK.
Netscape
Navigator 3.x
- You cannot
disable cookies in this version of Netscape, but you can turn the cookies
warning on and off. Here is how you can turn the warning off so that
cookies will be accepted automatically.
- Click
Options, and then choose Network Preferences.
- Click
the Protocols tab.
- Under
Show an Alert Before, click to "de-select" Accepting
a Cookie.
- Click
OK.

How to determine your browser's version:
If you are not sure which version of your browser you are using, from the
Help menu, select About America Online, About Internet
Explorer or About Netscape.
If you selected About America Online, a pop-up window will open.
The version is listed below the AOL logo.
If you selected About Internet Explorer, a pop-up window will open.
The version is listed just below the Microsoft Internet Explorer logo.
If you selected About Netscape, a new window will open. The version
is listed at the top of the text in this window.
