How do I use my promotion code?
After you have added items you wish to purchase in your online shopping cart, enter the promotion code in the box at the bottom left corner of the screen. Once entered, hit the “Apply Code” button.  The cart will validate the promotion code and update the cart with appropriate promotion code savings.  Only one promotion code per order.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is an alternative way to quickly and safely pay for your supplement order online. The service gives customers another simple way to pay for their order without sharing financial information, and with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, or credit cards.

When will I receive confirmation that my order is being processed?
After entering your payment information and clicking on the “Continue” button, you will proceed to a page to confirm your order. On this order confirmation page, click on the "Submit Order" button which takes you to a page that serves as your receipt and should be printed out for your records. In addition, you will also receive an email confirming your order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email when the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Can I place an order and have the shipment sent to an address other than mine?
Absolutely! You will be prompted for a shipping address initially in the cart process. You then can have this be same as billing or decide to change the address.

 

The Benefits of creating an account

There are many reasons to create an account, including:

  • Save time! No more re-entering your name, address, and shipping information each time you place an order. Fill it once and you're done.
  • Keep track of your order history! Once you've set up an account you can easily view what you've ordered and when you've ordered it. This includes supplements, healthy living products — even special reports! You will also be able to quickly re-order items you have purchased before.
  • Special enhancements just for AutoDelivery customers! If you find that you're loading up on one product or running out of another, just change your shipment frequency with a click of your mouse. No more phone calls necessary and no more worrying that you have too many or too few of your favorite supplements. You can also store and update your shipping information right here!
  • Easy access to reports! Stop searching for those emails you received when you purchased your report - you have permanent access to your online reports in “My Reports”.

How do I create an account?
There are two ways to create an account:

  • Create an account anytime while on our site by clicking the “Create an Account” button in the left navigation bar and continue with these steps:
    • Fill out the form with your information and click CREATE ACCOUNT.
    • On the “Account Confirmation” page confirm your information. If incorrect click on “Make Changes”; otherwise click on “Create My Account.”
    • You will receive an e-mail asking you to click on a link to “Activate” your account. This is done for your security so that someone else does not create an account for you.
  • Create an account during the checkout process. During the order process, you will be prompted to create an account. You will only need to complete the steps above and you will then be returned to your Shopping Cart to complete your order.

I forgot my password.
We can quickly generate a new password for you. Follow these easy steps:

  1.  Click on “My Account” located in the top right on any page.
  2. Scroll down to "Sign In" section.
  3. Click on "I Forgot My Password".
  4. A box will appear for you to enter your email address.
  5. Upon hitting “Submit” you will receive an email with your password.

How do I update my password?
Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.  Your Account Summary dashboard will appear.
  2. Click on the “Change” button within Your Password.
  3. Enter your Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password.

How do I update my address?
Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.  Your Account Summary dashboard will appear.
  2. Click on the “Manage Your Addresses” button within Address Book.
  3. Edit, Delete or Add addresses as you wish.

Can I add multiple mailing addresses to my account for easy access later?
Yes! Follow same steps to update my address above.

How do I update my email address?
Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.  Your Account Summary dashboard will appear.
  2. Click on the link to “Update” button within Your Information.
  3. Fill in all information and hit “Save”.

I purchased an online report - where can I find it?
Sign in to your account.  Look under the “My Account” section within left navigation bar, and then click on the “My Reports” tab.

How do I view my order history?
Sign in to your account.  Look under the “My Account” section within left navigation bar, and then click on the “Order History” tab.

I have made a purchase by phone/mail, but I cannot view my order history.

How do I access my digital subscription?
Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.  Your Account Summary dashboard will appear.
  2. Look under the “My Account” section within the left navigation bar, and then click on the “Newsletters” tab.
  3. Click on the link within “This Month’s Feature” to access the current newsletter issue.
  4. Click on “View the Archives” under “Newsletter Archives” to view past issues of the newsletter.

 

International Customers


At this time we only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We currently do not accept online orders from Canada.  Only certain products are available to be shipped to Canada.  To order or for more information call 1-800-844-2117. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery to Canada.

We are able to send Alternatives newsletters to Canada, however as all billing is in US dollars, the conversion rate will be the rate as of the date the order is processed.
