7 Best Anti-aging Herbs: Astralgus

When it comes to boosting the immune system, there are few substances that compare to the herb astragalus. It is widely used throughout Europe and Asia to strengthen the body's resistance to disease and shorten the duration of several types of infections, including the common cold and hepatitis.
