Lymph System:
The Axillary Traction Exercise

Lay on your back and have someone kneel at your head and place their hands under your armpits. They then gently pull straight forward toward their body. Your arms should remain at your sides. Your partner should maintain this traction for 20 to 30 seconds and then repeat the procedure four to five times with a brief rest in between each pull. The idea is to stretch your upper body to exercise your lymphatic system.
